Ingredients
Crust3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour1/2 c white flour3/4 c rolled (old fashioned) oats1/2 c pecans-chopped1/4 c melted smart balance light buttery flavor1/4 c canola oil plus 1 tbs canola oilFilling2 whole eggs1/2 c liquid eggs2 (15 oz) cans solid packed pumpkin2 (14 oz) cans fat-free sweetened condensed milk2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients for crust until combined and crumbly. Press into bottom of a 10"x15" stoneware bar pan or a sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degree oven. Let cool.

Combine all ingredients for filling and mix until smooth.
Pour into partially baked crust and distribute evenly.
Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
Serve with non-fat whipped topping and a pecan garnish.
