Berry Yam Casserole

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, .5 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry),1 tsp cinnamonButter, unsalted, .5 cup, melted*Bruces yams, 7 serving (remove)Cranberries, 2 cup, whole (remove)Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter, mix till crumbly. Toss 1 cup of flour mixture with the drained yams and cranberries. Place in 1.5 qt casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350* for 30-35min.
Makes 10 servings.
