Baked Penne w/ Sausage

1 lb uncooked Penne Pasta1 lb uncooked Italian Sausage2 15oz cans of tomato sauce2tsp Italian Seasoning2 cups Mozzarella cheese (I used part skim in the nutritional info)
Makes 6 servings.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray pam on a 9x13 baking pan.
Cook penne pasta to al dente (~10 minutes) in a large saucepan.
Brown sausage pieces (1 in pieces if links) with garlic in a large frying pan. This may take up to 15 minutes. Drain grease. Add sauce and seasoning to pan, stir to combine.
Layer into the pan:
1/2 of pasta
1/2 of sauce
1/3 of cheese
1/2 of pasta
1/2 of sauce
remaining cheese
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (until cheese begins to brown).
