blueberry bread pudding low fat

Ingredients
Wheat Bread Grandma Sycamore, 6 servings, choppedwestern family egg substitute, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 2 cupsBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/3 cCinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
in a small casserole dish, sprayed with non stick spray, place chopped bread.. Pour egg substitute over it, and then sprinkle the splenda evenly over that. Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg and add the blueberries. pour the milk over the mixture and stir until well blended. place in 400 degree oven and cook for 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Serve with hot sauce or cool whip. makes 8 servings.
