Dad's Healthy, Creamy Frosting

8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)1 jar (8oz) Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip1.75 cup skim milk2 - 1 oz boxes of SF/FF vanilla instant pudding mix (or use any flavor mix, provided flavor used is desired flavor of final product)Optional: Various flavor extracts and food colorings
1) In 1st bowl, combine 1 pkg pudding mix & milk
2) Whisk by hand for 2 minutes
3) Refrigerate 1st bowl for 5 minutes to thicken
4) In large 2nd bowl, mix cheese until smooth
5) Add thickened mixture from 1st bowl & mix well
6) Mix in the Marshmallow Dip
7) Add in the 2nd package of instant pudding, in small amounts, as required until reaching desired consistency
8) Optional: for multiple flavors, divide frosting mixture into various bowls, 1 bowl for each flavor of frosting desired
9) Add to each bowl various flavor extracts and/or food colorings desired
Makes enough frosting for 1-2 entire cakes, or 4-5 dozen cookies
Note: consider substituting walden farms marshmallow dip for cool whip to reduce calories
