* 1 Can - 4.5 oz - Starkist Tuna Albacore White in Water* 1 Tblsp - Red Salsa (prepared or home made)* 1/2 Cup - Black Beans * 1/4 Cup - White Onion Chopped* 1 Whole - Roma Tomato Chopped* 2 Tbsp - Lime Juice (1 Lime)* 1 Whole - Serrano Pepper (or Jalapeno) Chopped and Lightly Seeded* 1 Tbsp - Cilantro, Finely Chopped** Salt - Optional (not included in nutritional info)
1. Place tuna in bowl and shred
2. Add chopped ingredients and lime juice to bowl of tuna
3. Add beans
4. Mix thoroughly
