Tofu,VOO Virgin olive oilPeppers, preference how hotginger, onions, garlicOrange juice
Cut tofu and dry excess liquid
Add oil to pan with hot peppers until slight brown, then remove peppers leave oil
brown tofu and ten remove.
Saute onion, garlic, and add tofu back to pan. Then add orange juice.
Serve with rice and vegetable.
