Asian Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
* 3 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root * 1/4 cup olive oil * 1/3 cup rice vinegar * 1/2 cup soy sauce * 3 tablespoons honey * 1/4 cup water
Directions
In a 1 pint magic bullet jar or larger, combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and water. Cover the jar with mixing lid, and mix well. Shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.

    I just made this and it was fantastic! I added just a little bit of siracha to give it a kick, but I'm sure it would have been fine without it too. Put it over greens with a little cold roasted chicken, some nuts, very satisfying lunch! - 11/21/11
