Turkey (dark meat),1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1 tbsp (remove)Whole Wheat Roll-Up, 1 serving (remove)Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 2 leaf outer (remove)Tarragon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mix all ingreients in a bol except the wrap and the lettuce. Once mixed, check seasoning, add salt and pepper if need it. Place lettuce on the wrap, and put the turkey mixture on top, roll up and cut it two.
