I have to give this a 5. It's SO easy to make, and the house smelled INCREDIBLE while it was cooking. I used low sodium beef broth. We had it for supper. We both scarfed it down. I'm saving the juices to make beef vegetable soup. - 1/5/13

The Sirloin Steak was flavorful and tender. I did not have dill, substituted basil. I did not know how to serve this meal. Any ideas? - 12/14/11
