Bacon & Corn Casserole

Ingredients
canned sweet corn, bacon, sour cream, onion, butter, flour
Directions
Cook bacon in a separate pan
Save a couple of pieces to set on top of the casserole and crumble the rest

Melt butter in a large pan
Add onions, cook until translucent
Add flour, mix in well
Slowly add in sour cream
Add drained cans of corn
Add the crumbled bacon and stir in

Pour into a casserole dish (1 1/2 qt or so) and set the remaining slices of bacon on top
Bake @ 350F until sour cream begins to bubble (45-60 minutes)
