Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.75 cup (remove)*Hodgson Mill Oat Bran hot cereal, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp (remove)Cloves, ground, 1/2 tsp (remove)*Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 3 serving (remove)
Put oat bran, milk, water and spices in medium or large sauce pan. Cook according to bran instructions. When bran is almost done, add pumpkin and finish cooking. Stir often, the starch sticks to the bottom
