Ingredients
1 Cup Honey1 Cup Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Protein PowderHandful of Chocolate Chips, nuts, flaxseed, dry oatmeal, or dried fruit1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Directions
1) Mix all Ingredients together in one bowl
2) Microwave for approx 20 seconds to soften chocolate chips
3) Keep mixing until you have a doughy substance
- add honey to moisten or whey powder to make it drier
4) Roll it into ping pong ball sized bites
5) Keep chilled.
