Pancakes:1/2 cup whole wheat floura dash of salt1 tsp. baking soda2.25 tsp. splenda1/4 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup soy milkEgg:1 egg
In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix splenda, vanilla extract, egg, and soy milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients together until smooth. .
Cook pancakes on a hot griddle. Use 1/3 measuring cup to scoup batter unto the griddle for even sizes.
Beat 1 egg and then use a frying pan and a little bit of oil to cook.
