Vegetable beef chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 medium zucchini, diced1 medium yellow summer squash, diced1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped1 15.5 oz. can hominy, drained1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 c. beef broth1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies2 garlic cloves, minced2 t. ground cumin2 t. ground coriander1 t. minced fresh cilantro1 t. chili powder1/4 t. cayenne pepper
Directions
Brown beef and onions. Add vegetables, cook and stir until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
