Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Chunk Light Tuna in Water - Two 5 oz. CansChives / Green OnionsCeleryDill Weed (Dried or Fresh)Extra Virgin Olive OilRed Wine VinegarLemon JuicePine Nuts
Directions
Chop the celery and chives. Mix in serving bowl with tuna and nuts. Season to taste. I prefer this a little on the tart side; decrease the amount of vinegar if you do not. Serves four with .25 cup servings, but I prefer a serving size of three.
