Vegetable Lasagne

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat pasta 1 lb fat free ricotta cheese2 tsp itallian seasoning 1/2 c chopped italian parsley 1c chopped onion 8 oz low fat mozerella cheese 3/4 c parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Place ricotta cheese parsley, onions and italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix thorougly In a 13x9 inch baking pan, spread 1 cup sauce, lay uncooked pasta in pan; top wit 1-1/3 cup of sauce, add 1/2 of ricotta mixture, 1/3 mozarella and 1/3 of parmesan cheese. Repeat pressing uncooked pasta gentally into ricotta mixture, end with pasta pour remaining sauce over pasta making sure al .lof the pasta is covered. bake 45-55 minutes until bubbling. Remove from oven sprinkle with remaining cheeze Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving cut into 9 squares. Makes 9 1 cup servings
