Whole Wheat Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
4 oz Sea Queen Medium Shrimp1.5 oz of whole wheat rotini pasta1 clove of garlicNon stick olive oil cooking spray1 tbsp black pepper1 Roma tomato
Directions
Boil rotini until done and save 1 cup of the pasta water for later use. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray add garlic then shrimp and seasonings and cook until shrimp is mostly done about 5-7 minutes depending on the stove. Add the water to make the mix not dry then add in the diced Roma tomato for taste and color.
