Turkey a la King

Ingredients
1/4 C butter or margerine1/3 C flour1 3/4 C Skim Milk1 C Chicken Broth2 C cubed cooked Turkey1/4 C chopped Pimiento2 T Dry Sherry
Directions
In a saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, 1/2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper. Add milk and chicken broth all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 min more. Stir in turkey pimiento and if desired, dry sherry. Heat thru. Serve over toast points.
