Directions
Slice potatoes- either thin or quartered

Place in baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook 15 minutes (400*)
Stir
Put butter in
Cook another 15 minutes

(If they aren't done in 30 minutes continue cooking until a consistence that you like)
