1 lb ground beef, 93% lean1 can French Onion soup1 tbs flour1 soup can hot water
Empty soup into saucepan. Dissolve flour in can with about 1/4 can hot water, then add remaining water to fill can and add to soup. Heat until thickens to gravy.
Form ground beef into 6 patties. Cook in skillet over medium-high heat. Remove patties from skillet and add to gravy.
Can be served with bread (1 slice=75 cal) and mashed potatoes (1/2 cup=210 cal).
