1 lb white fish (cod or grouper) fillets2 tbsp butter1 tbsp lemon juicesalt and pepper to tastepaprika to taste
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces. Mix butter and lemon juice. Dip fish in the butter mixture; sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish in ungreased baking dish. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
