low carbohydrate hambuger soup

Ingredients
* *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove) * *Garlic (1 clove), 1 serving (remove) * Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove) * Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup (remove) * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove) * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown the hamburger with the onion & celery. Drain fat. Add the cabbage; cook and stir until tender. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. I add more water about 2-4 cups as I like soupy soup. Cover and simmer on low for about 1 hour. Adjust seasoning to taste. Makes 6 - 1 1/2-2 cup servings.
