2 cups all purpose flour3/4 cups wheat germ1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 cup egg beaters1 cup skim milk2/3 cup maple syrup1/4 cup canola oil
Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degree F
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg beaters, milk syrup and oil.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, mixing well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out dry.
