Easy White Chili

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil 3 Cans of Chunk Chicken1 onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 3 tablespoons cayenne2 (11 ounce) cans cannellini or great northern beans, drained Low Fat Shredded Cheese
Directions
1. In a large pot cook diced chicken in olive oil
2. Add onion& garlic, saute until tender.
3. Stir in next rest of ingredients.
4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add chicken& beans; cook until heated.
7. Serve into bowls and top with cheese (serve with salsa on top of cheese, if desired).
8. TIP: Freeze portions for an easy lunch.
