Ingredients
1/2 cup tomatoes - chopped1/2 cup peeled chopped cucumber2 4oz chicken breast1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1 tsp garlic powderdash of salt
Directions
makes 2 gyros
grill or broil 2 chicken breasts and chop into bite size pieces. mix 3/4 cup yogurt w garlic, pepper, and salt. add cucumter and tomato to yogurt mixture. place mixture divided between two pita halves.
