1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Whole Grain Cereal2/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk 1 small very ripe banana, mashed1 tbsp chopped walnuts1 tsp ground cinnamon
Heat soy milk in microwave and remove from microwave before boiling, about 1 minute. Add cereal. Let stand for 5 minutes in order for cereal to absorb soy milk. Add mashed banana, walnuts and cinnamon to cereal mixture. Return to microwave to continue cooking for about 1 minute. You may want to cook longer depending on how you like the consistency of your cereal. You can also alter the amount of soy milk, again, depending on if you like a thinner or thicker cereal. Makes 1 serving.
