Sausage - sweet potato bake

Ingredients
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned.2 raw sweet potatoes3 medium apples1 tbsp flour1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 c water
Directions
Brown sausage, break up large chunks and drain off excess fat. Peel and slice sweet potatoes and apples and arrange, with sausage, in a 2 qt casserole dish. Mix together water, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon and pour over all. Cover and bake 50-60 minutes or until sweet potatoes and apples are tender.
