Ingredients
1 Portobello Mushroom1 tbsp Sundried Tomato Spread5 Fresh Spinach Leaves3 Fresh Basil Leaves1 tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
Directions

Wash and scrap out Portobello mushroom. Make sure its dry, mushrooms have a lot of moisture on their own.

Add Sundried tomato spread, Spinach, Basil, and sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

Broil or bake until done
