Creamed Onions

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove) * Cornstarch by Argo, 2 tsp (remove) * Instant Chicken Bouillon sodium free by Herb ox = 1 pkt, 2 serving (remove) * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
1.Saute onions in oil left over from browning dinner meat.
2. Mix Cornstarch with 1/4 cup of the water.
3. Add bouillon to remaing 3/4 cup of water.
4. Add bouillon mix and wine to sauteed onions.
5. Add cornstarch mixture to onions and bring to boil just to thicken.

Makes approx (4) 3oz servings

I served this over linguine and braised chicken thighs.
