Ingredients
put one cup of water with one cup of rice and let it sit while you prepare the meat and sauce brown the mince then take all the fat out and then put together your sauce you can use tomato with herbs and spices then when they are all mixed in together and cooked pour it on top of the rice and then put 1/2 cup of milk with 2 eggs and stir and then pour it over the meat then add cheese put in oven until it starts to go crusty then take it out and stir the whole lot so the rice will cook evenly and then add 1/2 milk with one egg and pour it over again and then add more cheese then wait til it goes brown and crusty then it is readt to serve can put garden salad on side
