Large box of orange Jello powder16 oz cottage cheese, non-fat, small curdLarge can of mandarin oranges--drained8 oz Cool Whip (or store brand), low fat
Mix the Jello Powder and cottage cheese together in a large bowl. When thoroughly mixed, add oranges (drained, can also cut oranges into half pieces if desired), stir. Add cool whip, mix thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator until meal time. Mixture will thicken upon chilling. Recommend at least 30 minutes of chill time.
