Turkey Rice Salad with Mandarin Oranges

Ingredients
2 cups long grain white Rice (Uncle Bens), cooked200 grams leftover Roasted Turkey, chopped1 can (15 oz) GV Mandarin Oranges, drained 2 T Smart Balance Mayo
Directions
Chop leftover Turkey, combine with 2 cups cooked rice in medium size bowl, add drained Mandarin Oranges and Mayo.
Combine well.
Serve chilled.
Makes 2 good size servings. If you use it as a side item it will serve 4.
