Festive Apple Cinnamon Chunky Applesauce

Ingredients
4 large Fuji apples (other varieties can be used. I like Fuji because they hold their shape)1.5 TB cinnamon Red Hots candies.5 TB "i can't believe its not butter"1 tsp lemon juice.5 tsp vanilla.5 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp nutmetdash salt1 TB water
Directions
Prepare the apples by washing, peeling, coring and cutting into bite size chunks. Chunks work better than slices. Place in your crock pot. Save the imitation butter until last. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place imitation butter on top and cover. Simmer on high for approximately 3 hours or low for approximately 5-6 hours. The length of cooking time varies depending on your crockpot and how tender you like your apples.
