Chicken and Fruit Salad

2.5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, baked and cubed1 Apple10 grapes, chopped.75 cup walnut, chopped1 cup sugar snap peas3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise (you can substitute for lesser calories)
(I prepared my chicken breasts by baking them for 45 minutes at 375 degrees in 1.5 cups of water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes to give the chicken more flavor)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Serve on salad, pitas, bread, whatever you desire.
Makes 12- 1/2 cup servings.
