Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 units or pieces Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 6 cupEgg, fresh, 4 large *Canola Oil, 2 cup

Chicken breasts cover in eggs then breaded with bread crumbs. fried them in oil for about 9 to 15 mins. or until the outer is fully cooked which is brown or light brown colored then let them sit for 5 minutes to let the oil drain from the milanesas. his make 8 servingings
