1 cup corn meal1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup vegetable oil1 cup 2% milk1 large egg
Preheat oven to 400F. In a small bowl, beat egg and then add oil and milk. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients and then blend in the wet ingredients. Pour into a oiled 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
