Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Salt, pepper, and lemon juice added at the end to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pot, saute onions and red peppers for a few minutes. Add chicken broth and water, bring to a boil then add lentils and spinach. Simmer for about 20 minutes
