Ingredients
6 oz. whole wheat penne pasta1 1/2 c. pasta sauce15 oz. part skim ricotta1 egg3 TBSP dried parsleyblack pepper to taste1 TBSP parmesan cheese3/4 c. reduced fat italian cheese blend
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Mix together ricotta, egg, parsley, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Spread 3/4 c. of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole. Add cooked pasta. Top with ricotta mixture and mix with the pasta. Top with remaining 3/4 c. pasta sauce. Top with Italian cheese blend. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
