Chicken N Green Beans

Ingredients
4 Frozen Chicken Tenders1/2 c water2 Tbsp Soy Sauce2 Cups String Beans
Directions
Using the 1/2 cup water and a frying pan, Poach the Chicken for 10 min on each side
starting with medium high heat the first 10 min. and lowering to medium or medium low if it starts over boil.
Strain most of the water out of the pan and add the Soy Sauce to taste and place heat on medium to low for 5 minutes making sure the chicken strips are covered with the sauce. This adds flavor as well as color.

Serve with String Beans on the side. Can be served with any desired veg.
