Salmon and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Uncle Ben's Boil-in-Bag White Rice (2 bags)2 (10 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea skinless/boneless Pink Salmon - juices drained1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onions and bell peppers (Publix)1 bag shredded Monteray Jack cheese (2 cups)2 tbsp Light Butter
Directions
Cook rice according to box instructions. While rice is cooking, combine butter, salmon, onions and peppers in skillet and cook on low-medium heat until onions and peppers are tender. Once the rice is done, layer rice, salmon mixture, and cheese in that order in a square baking dish. Layer until all ingredients have been used, finish with cheese. Cook at 350 degree for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

(You may add butter to the rice for flavoring, but that is not added in the nutritional info)
