Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup lentils2 onions1 sweet potato1 butternut squash4 carrots3 cloves garlic3 cups Campbell's low-sodium chicken brothWater1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. thymeDash black pepper
Directions
Rinse lentils. Dice onion, sweet potato, squash, carrots. Chop garlic. Add to crock pot with chicken broth. Add water depending on whether you want thicker or thinner soup. Add spices. Turn crock pot on low for 6 hours, or desired tenderness.
Eat as is or blend in the food processor.
