Braised Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
6 (4oz) boneless pork loin chops1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3/4 c beef broth1 Tb bbq sauce1/3 c evaporated skim milk1/3 c nonfat sour cream3 Tb all-purpose flour
Directions
1.Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over med-hi heat until hot. Add pork chops; cover and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
2. In small bowl combine 1/2 c of the broth and the bbq sauce; mix well. Pour over pork chops cover tightly. Reduce heat to med-low; simmer 5-10 minutes, or until pork chops are no longer pink in center. Remove pork chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
3. In same small bowl, combine remaining broth, evaporated milk, sour cream and flour; beat with wire whisk until smooth; pour into same skillet; cook and stir over med heat for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and thickened. Serve sauce over pork chops.

Serving size is 1/6 of recipe.
