sausage cups

Ingredients
1 lb bulk sausage (any spice but not maple)1 cup shredded cheese ( i use colby)1/2 cup ranch dressing (sub light for less cals)1/2 package wonton wrappers
Directions
preheat oven to 350

line mini miffin pan with one wonton wrapper per slot
bake for 7 mins

while wontons are cooking cook sausage till no longer pink and drain fat

take wontons out of oven leave in pan

in medium bowl mix sausage, cheese and ranch dressing
mix well

spoon by heaping teaspoons into wontons
use all of mix

bake another 10 mins

serve hot
2 cups per serving
