Ingredients
* Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup (remove) * 1 tbsp splenda * pam cooking spray * 1 tsp sugarless vanilla extract * 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
mix dry + liquid & fry in a small nonstick pan. makes 6 to 7 medium sized pancakes. Each serving = 3 pancakes :) hope u like it like i did!
i topped them with low calorie strawberry jam & my low calorie homemade applesauce.
