Ingredients
2 liters of water = 8 cups of water
Directions
I drink 2 glasses of water in the start of the day
Tip 1:before a meal
Tip 2: during the day if I feel hungry
This takes away too much appetite
But NOT during a meal or right after a meal as this takes the fullness away
Tip 3: To get 2 liters a day = 8 cups = 1 days ration - I have a half l bottle where I have 4 elastics on. That is 1 for each half a liter.
Tip 4: Instead of adding more fat so the food does not stick to the pan or pot add some water!
