Broccoli potato soup

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion2 cloves minced or pressed garlic4 cups vegetable broth4small potatoes, peeled and chopped6 cups (3 lg. stalks) broccoli, chopped with stems3 TB olive oil1 TB ground nutmeg1 TSP white pepper
Directions
sautee onions and garlic in oil. add broth and chopped, peeled potatoes. Simmer for5-6 minutes. Add chopped broccoli,with stems. cover and simmer until soft - add pepper/nutmeg. Use a stick blender to puree. makes 10 or so 1 cup servings.
