Flax Meal Muffin

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Flax Meal3 Tsp plain low fat yogurt1 egg1.5 tsp of sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. spray a microwave safe bowl with Pam. Pour batter into bowl and microwave on high for 1 min and 30 sec. Invert on a plate and top with unsweetened applesauce (could also use sugar free jam). Eat hot.
