Banana Caramel Vanilla Pudding Parfait

2 Jello sugar free vanilla pudding cups1 pkg 100 calories Pepperidge Farms Chessmen butter cookie crisps, crushed into crumbs1 banana, sliced1 Tbsp Smucker's Caramel sauce, fat free1 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts2 servings of the Reddi Whip aerosole whipped cream
1. Slice banana and set aside.
2. Open pudding cups and layer pudding, cookies, bananas
(save 6 slices for garnish) and little drizzles of the caramel sauce and then repeat layers in a parfait glass ending with the pudding add reserved 3 banana slices.
3. Add whipped cream and then garnish with remaining
cookies and walnuts and a little drizzle of the caramel sauce.
This makes 2 generous servings.
There are unlimited desserts that can be made using this concept but with different flavors of pudding and fruits and 100 calorie cookies such as:
butterscotch pudding, nutter butter cookies with caramel
white chocolate pudding, oreo cookie crisps and sugar free cherry pie filling, etc.
