Asian Orange chicken with broccoli

Ingredients
Sauce: 1/2 C water1/4 C lemon juice2 T orange Zest1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger2 T chopped green onion2 T orange juice concentrate2 1/2 T soy sauce 1 C packed Dk brown sugar1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes3 T corn starch and 2 T waterChicken: 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 C all purpose flour1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 T olive oil
Directions
combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken (after cutting them into 1 inch peices) into the flour mixture.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, and brown the chicken on bolth sides.
3. After chicken is browned, remove chickn, pat oil off, rinse pan, then place all sauce ingredients together and begin to heat through. Add the chicken back in to heat again.
4. Add corn starch and simmer until thickened. Add broccoli at this point if desired.
5. It is great over either brown rice or thai noodles.
